Elizabeth Tomasso Mosteller

Elizabeth Tomasso Mosteller is an Associate Attorney at Affanato Marut, LLC.  She represents employers in defense of claims filed in the Division of Workers’ Compensation.  Elizabeth is responsible for all aspects of the claim including discovery, exposure analysis, motion practice, settlement negotiation and trial.  In her experience, she has dealt with complex litigation cases involving the Second Injury Fund and Uninsured Employers Fund, including issues regarding complex medical diagnosis, causal relationship and coverage litigation.

Additionally, Elizabeth has experience with all aspects of civil litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation including jury selection.
